Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Production Time
- All orders are custom made to order, ensuring you receive unique, high-quality products tailored just for you.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, shipping generally takes 7-10 business days, depending on sourcing availability and production time.
- Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during peak seasons or unexpected supply chain delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. This ensures you get the most accurate rate for your order.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this number to track your shipment via our carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times may be impacted by carrier delays, natural occurrences, or high-demand periods. While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience if delays occur.
Shipping Address
Ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. CompCrusher is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CompCrusher is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it.
